Forget about ranges; range means nothing if your blaster is a giant rattle after three shots.

Anyways, it looks really awesome.
I use photoshop a lot, but not for designs like that, I usually use it more as a painting tool.
A couple of friends and I were under the influence, using my Intuos sketchpad, and they're like OMG DRAW A DINOSAUR. I woke up the next morning, and I loved it so much, I kept it and colored it. I had to leave it a little sketchy though, because of the way I somehow fucked up the layers. But, I like how it turned out.

That's hawt. I have yet to be good with my intuos tablet and everything I try to draw ends up looking like a sugar high four-year-old drawing a stick figure on KidPix.
I love photoshop though.
It takes a LONG while to get used to it.
The hardest thing I think to get used to was the drawing surface. It's very very smooth, theres no resistance, and it's hard to tell how much pressure you're putting down. I found layering anywhere between 1-3 pieces of construction paper over it helps, but after a while I just ended up giving in and getting used to drawing with just the tablet surface. I haven't used it ever since the semester started, so it took me a little bit to get used to it again. But once you get used to it, it's great for just doodling and digital painting.

Rest of my photos aren't heavily worked-on so they don't fit in this thread.
