I have gotten a Vulcan for Chrismas and it seems to have a dead motor. My battery's seem fine and I have not done any mods to it at all.

Why do you feel the need to post such a topic? I mean, like nerfer9 said, you could easily return it and get another one. Even if someone did magically know your exact problem, what are the odds of you actually being able to find the solution and make the repair?

Yea, its cool. I live in Fairfax VA but my dads job enables us 2 years there.

You are pretty hosed, then. Try contacting Hasbro. They are likely to tell you where you can take it back for exchange, or exchange it through the mail for you.
