Hello NIC,
This is my first post so please tell me what I can improve on.

I do not have pictures up yet but they will come as soon as I find a site to post them on.
Okay I will try my best to describe what has happened.
I have taken a broken Firefly and removed all the parts except the auto-turret and the trigger. I have inserted an AT3000 with the pump in the lower part of the handle. WHat i have tried to do is attach the pin at the back of the AT3000 to the trigger which works fine with the exception that it releases the air before the turret has time to advance. I am asking you to tell me any suggestions you might have. Thank you very much and i hope this was clear enough. Fell free to ask any questions and please tell me any suggestions.

Dude, what are you asking/telling us?

Maybe his computor died in the middle of posting or something...or maybe he's a dumbass noob.
Also I know I'm still pretty nooby but whatever.

Really, all you can do is figure out the timing. Because your placement of the tank will ultimately determine everything, you need to figure out where in the trigger pull the turret lines up with your airtank. Then you need to rig it up so that is when the pin is pulled.

I hate the way Nerf Designed their turrets. I don't see why they didn't set them up so that they rotate when you cock the gun, and just line up. I've never had a problem with my Airzone 8 shooter turrets, but Maverick turrets and Firefly turrets always have something go wrong with them eventually because of the auto-rotate mechanism.

I get all giddy when I see VACC browsing a stupid topic. I just know someone is going to get banned.

Well, if you don't want to mess around with the turret advance, you can just rip out the stuff and turn it into a manually advanced turret. It won't hurt ROF that much.

sorry they are so large. As you can see, the pin to the AT3000 is bent down and attached directly to the trigger

Gwahh?!?! Why in the world would you make it like that? The easiest way to avoid the problem you're facing is just to have put an arm (edit: between the trigger and 3k pin) that slides on the pin and fires at full trigger press. At that point, a simple bic pen mod with some tweaking would give you flawless timing.

Anyway, without redoing the whole connection, all you have to do is take out your turret, and reinstall it 30 degrees off of where it normally is (one hole will be right over the tank output). The way your gun will work is it fire from the top barrel, then rotate the turret, half on full trigger press, the other half on trigger release. Ta da.
