I decided to do a write up, and I havent seen anything like this before.So let me get started.

Materials

CPVC coupler
CPVC
Hot Glue
Double Shot Spring and O-Ring

Alright, since my camera is a retard, there wont be any pictures, but I have a youtube video on this gun.

Open up te gun and cut all the crap away from the first air restrictor ONLY.Dont remove the second one with the plus sign on it.Now get out the plunger, and remove the nightfinder spring, and add in the double shot spring, also add on the double shot O-ring. Hotglue on the coupler and then put the gun back together.Noew you should get rangese of about 40 feet, while the gun is still pretty quiet.

In the video the camera made the noise alot louder than it seemed, and the guns catch spring was missing.

I'm still not understanding why anyone wants a quiet gun? Number one, it's still not that quiet, and how on earth did you keep it cocked if the catch spring was missing?

Even with the normal excuse of "OMG ASSASSINZ" it doesn't make any sense. You either are going to hit your target with the first shot, or they're going to know you missed.

However, I do like how you minimized it. I've never been a fan of the NF because of it's design, but this is actually a decently looking minimization.

I think if you really want a quiet gun but still gets good range you need an at2k. I didn't plug the pump or do a pen mod, but I did replace the barrels w/CPVC and it is completly quiet.

I actually do have a cpvc couplered AT2K.Strangest thing happened though.It was sitting on the couch when I went to bed, and when I woke up this moring, it was on my headboard, and the coupler was gone.

Thats a cool mod and minimization, but it doesn't seem all too quiet to me. Also I don't think silenced guns will do you any good in wars. Silencers are really a mod to show that you have the ability to silence guns, even though the mod isn't very practical. I don't know.

The reason it is silenced is simply the barrel material and dart. In a spring, if you have a tight barrel and dart, and the plunger builds up pressure, and when it finally gets to release it is almost at the end of its stroke so there it doesn't decelerate as much into the end of the tube and you don't get as loud of a crack. That is my experience with springers that I have modded though.

Ha, I used an EaB spring, but I now need a barrel.
