You could make holsters out of cardboard reinforced and held together with duct tape.

Duct tape can be stuck to itself to make a kind of duct tape cloth. This could be used to make a holster. If you make one with cardboard be sure to "breakdown" the cardboard first. That is bend it all around until it is flexible. This will make a much more comfortable holster.

How do you make your holsters IS?

I'm another fan of the duct tape and cardboard method, but I use the cardboard from 12 packs of soda. It helps to keep the size down and is already more flexible.

They are pretty hard. Youv'e gotta get a bucnh of wires or coat hangers and mold it to the shape of the gun, then duct tape over it.

Ive tried it but it didn't turn out very well, the ones i am selling were my friends and they are very high quality.

all you need to do us get a back for the holster.... the bit that goes on ure body... that needs to be cardboard and flexiblebut fairley strong...and stitch some material that can be stitched onto, over it... then a strong bit at the bottom covered with more material..... the bit that faces the ground... and have some material... i use gauze cos my mum gets it free...over the front... the bit that faces away from ure body... and have it come up to the handle... and put a tab with velcro comin ove the handle to velco onto the bit that comes up to the handle......

this is a very time consuming method that i have spent ages practicing... but i get very good pro lookin results

Khakis. They work great, and fit most pistols into their pockets. You may want to cut the ammo holders off of the NFs.

Leather. Sew leather into a pocket-like form. Put your gun in. Soak in rubbing alcholol.

Oh, and holsters. Coat hangers are your best bet for simplicity, if you have the right tools, molding a holster is quite easy.

I use velcro. I just rip off the sidearm, then stick it back on.
