I am a beginner in modding nerf guns and I was playing with the internals of my vulcan. When I closed it up (I didnt really change any of the internals) and started it, it started to make a clicking sound when I pulled the trigger. I double checked it was on and everything was going well, exept that I can't fully pull the cocking lever and the feeder of the chain was not moving. Then, after a few blank shots it would stop working. Please reply if you think or know the answer to this problem. Thanks for your time.

Oh, thanks. I'll try to research about that. There are many Vulcan problem threads already, I think it would have been a lot easier to just post your question there.

Ok.. Thanks!Since I'm already here... my theory is that you got the wires tangled with rotational mech and thats why it won't shoot, because the chain is not lined up with the plunger. But ask anyways, since I don't have my Vulcan at the moment(sweet christmas present dad! Fucking old prick) I can't tell you exactly what might be going on.

Thanks for the ideas!

I had this problem also
Right above the motor/ gridboard there should be a piece that looks like this

---------
Push that in the direction of the cocking handle until it clicks into place ,it should work now
