Okay, so in my dinking around with my BBBB, I seem to have snapped the handle off the pump shaft. I've tried a couple of ways of fixing it, but had no luck. What do you guys recommend? It snapped where the shaft meets the handle (right inside the joint in fact)

You could probably put a bolt through it

No, I already thought about that, there's not enough plastic left to put a screw or a bolt through.

A picture would help (although I remember you saying that you didn't have a camera).

I had the same problem all i did was take a cpvc coupler I believe it was 3/4 and epoxied it with the shaft partialy in it where the old handle was then I made a new handle out of cpvc based around the fitting and the original handle shape.

Problem resolved, went out and got some epoxy putty, that stuff is great!
