So I got a MaxShot today, and wasted no time in modding it.

Here you go,
Sputnik's MaxShot


The gun stock.


The internals


Remove the orange tip and the safety.


Unscrew the plunger tube and take out the barrel.


Break the tabs off so that it looks like this.

This is for putting in a coupler later.
The trigger was acting up, so I hotglued the plate for it so that it could have a place to rest.


Pictures=1000 words.

The spring is ridiculous.

I'm scared of it coming alive and eating me.
Close her up, you're finished.

I slapped a temporary coupler on there for our Saturday war, but I'll put in a more permanent one after that, and will update accordingly.

Ranges:
All 10 Blacksunshine stefans went past the end of my 100' measuring tape.
It was 34 degrees outside.

They work for me.
Cool mod spud. I've always love the max shot, it has the most beastly stock spring I think I have ever seen in a gun. The only thing that rivals it is possibly the crossbow. (?)
I never got around to buying one before I quit the nerf modding scene unfortunately.

Nice job on the mod. Clean, and although I generally don't use PVC (CPVC mostly, when I was active...), it's still nice.

On a side note, I find it funny how your Zar'roc isn't even red .

UPDATE: I put a permanent coupler on there.

Its not crooked, shoots dead accurate with a longer barrel.

I am sorry if this is shitting on your parade but hasn't this been done before? I know the LSFG handle is new, but the coupler I mean. Pretty standard stuff.
Good job anyway, I can't wait to see the PJ. I am a huge fan of the eragon books myself. I was pissed when the latest book still left everything hanging, and the author also delayed it's release 4 times.

JSB, I'm going to PM you a few questions, so heads up.

Excellent job on this, Just make sure that the coupler is stuck in the nice and tight. Also, Deaddumpster has a maxshot with a brass coupler for a PETG barrel over it, and most PVC coupled barrels have PETG gooped inside them.

The coupler is Gooped, hot glued, and screwed in so tight, I can't budge it.

Crossbow spring is not beastly; also the strongest spring I have ever seen in a stock gun would have to be the ULTIMATOR. So big it has a ratchet to cock it back
