Okay, I'm sorry if I'm backseating, but you need really need to clean up your post and add more details.

It's good that you're taking the initiative to host a war in Florida (where I know, along with the SE, that there is a lack). However, you should give more detail as it would really help those who are maybes. Pictures of the playing field, specific rules/guidelines (eye protection policy and the like), directions, address of the playing field. All of these would be appreciated by NH members wishing to attend.

A side note: I would revise that banned guns rule that allows everything. Otherwise, there is a chance that some douchebag is gonna show up with a plugged titan or nerf howitzer and that wouldn't be fun at all...

Depending on the date, I may be able to attend. Refrence to other posts in the Nerf Wars thread if you are unsure what details to inlcude, and how much detail.

For example people like to see the following-
- Directions
- A concrete date for the war or possible dates you are throwing around.
- A more descriptive location, such as 'so & so park, in blank city'.
- Pictures. People like to see if it will be worth their time to attend or how fun the playing field will be.
- Rules. I personally would not allow singled titans. You can find out for yourself why they are banned. Just don't cry and bitch when you find out they hurt. You allowed them.

Try to post with proper grammar and punctuate. It's not a lot to ask, but will prolong your stay here on Nerfhaven.

On a side note: Lay back on the excessive use of smiley's. One or two every once in a while is fine but not 5 per post. Maybe it's just me but I hate seeing so many of them.

...There are just so many things I could say right now. I think I'm going to lean toward the big items.

1) Stray dogs really showed us his level of intelligence on that one (see above quote). However, Blue did deserve that.

2) The more emoticons you use, the more I suspect that you are under 13.

3) You will have to excuse my ignorance to most things posted on this site, but NerfIsNarly do you seriously have your town and street listed? I don't think you need to be a brain surgeon to figure out why that isn't a good idea. Your town is more than specific. I'd really change that if I were you.

4) While I like how people are willing to help, it's got to be discouraging to have a lot of out of state-ers posting in a war thread that they have no intention of attending. So, if you guys are going to give pointers at least have the decency to keep it to one post of PM the guy. Nothing downplays a war more than a bunch of people nitpicking at it with no intention of going.

5) While lists are nice, they probably come off as confrontational.

6) I need to use more lists in the future.

Urm, Apoc and 'Geddon? Unless you can get a war like those together, I wouldn't be so arrogant.

We're only trying to help you out. I've hosted enough SE wars to know and I'm sure the others have their share of war experience. One thing that would help out others out some and help present your war thread in an acceptable manner would be a little capitalization and good grammar. I sincerely hope your war goes well, being that the southeast doesn't see enough foamy action.
