Goop and epoxy putty are very different. Most of your guesses about them are good.

But if you're set on making your own array of couplers, square is the easiest - you actually could sand two flat spots on each one at right angles, and use use PVC glue to join them. Worry first about getting them straight and square, fill any gaps later. All you need is some kind of belt or disc sander with a table to make right angles.
I was actually thinking the couplers wouldn't be connected. They would just sort of float in a sea of goop. If II need to support them with a frame I can create one. They alse don't need to be perfectly square, just eyeballed. Is that even possable, and if so what would the best product be?

I may just order one of those pieces, it doesn't sound like my original idea is going to work. If this whole project works out I'm going ot have a longshot with a titan on its ass that can shit a cloud of dart straight into someones face. Thanks for all of the help guys, expect a writeup of something you helped to build soon.If you're bent on not ordering those awesome parts (nice find Bob), I'd use the epoxy putty to put it all together, then throw a layer of goop over that in order to seal any holes up. If you use just the putty, the air will leak out, and if you use just goop, you'll have a hell of a time getting it to the correct places for long enough to dry, and it won't last all that long.

Sounds.... menacing. Good luck with your project though. It should be interesting to see a titan integrated into something. Would it be legal at most wars though? I always thought titans were banned.
You'll do a lot better if you spread the lips with the front. Trying to wriggle the back in there first seems a bit counterintuitive.

EDIT: credit where it's due - I learned about those cool manifold couplers from this post.
Yipee - I'm still inspiring people months later.
One of these days I'm actually going to have some money (when I'm not spending it on my wife and kids) and I'm actually going to buy some of those distributors and build the project I started talking about way back then!
On topic - Firefox, I would add my voice to the choir singing the song of using these distributors - you aren't going to get a more perfect arrangement of couplers any other way. I've had plans for adding either a titan or a homemade of some kind with one of these distributors on it to a Longshot's bipod area for quite a while now. The thought of a "grenade launcher" or "shotgun" on the Longshot as a backup weapon just speaks to me.

[/b]wouldnt this be the perfect base for a clip?
Except that it's huge... It would require quite a bit of advancing movement.

I am doing that very same thing right now, but I'm certain mine will be different. I finally got the air tank setup how I want it, so I will probably start on finishing the "grenade launcher" and LS soon. I am getting 50'-70' ranges with three, six" barrels that are double loaded. The idea of a nice backup blast like that sounded great to me too. On Topic: I can't use those manifold things though. They are just too big for my design. If you do end up using just the couplers inside of PVC, I would recommend filling in some of the space with hotglue and then put either JB Weld or Goop over the glue.I've had plans for adding either a titan or a homemade of some kind with one of these distributors on it to a Longshot's bipod area for quite a while now.
