I'm kinda stressing about blowing up my (now) beatiful titan. I completely redid the tubing, a new pump ($20 at McMaster, hand pump), and a 2K integration. 9 pumps puts it up to 45 psi (yes, i've measured with a tire gage, it has a schrader), but I've pumped it up couldless times, so I'm not sure if that to much or not.

On my titan, (with the pump pluged) I pumped it up to 25-28 times. This is with ths stock pump. I hope this helps.

The only real way to find out how much your titan can take is to pump it one too many times. In my experience, it becomes impractical to pump (takes too much time/effort) long before you explode the tank, but if you're really worried you could always goop around all the joints for added support. My titan also uses a bike pump, so I understand your concern =)

The trigger will cease to function before the pressure is built up so high that it may explode. You definitely don't need it any higher than 45 PSI.

He has a point, why do you need to go higher then 45psi?
Besides wanting to kill someone.(not really but still)

My modded Titan (Plugged pump, balls, and a pressure gauge) will go up to 60 PSI with no adverse effects. That seems to be about the max, though.

I asked this question in a thread (somewhere...A long time ago) and CaptainSlug (If I remember correctly) said somewhere around 60 was the MAX, but 45-55 should be enough.
EDIT: oops no measurement...I meant PSI.

Slug will say most nerf parts won't last consistently over 40 psi; at least that's what he told me, and that's what I go by. For reference (I put a pressure gauge on one of my new projects inline with a 2k), the opv of a 2k pump is 30psi, and 4-5 pumps (depending on a few factors) (generally the point at which the tubing pops out, or the epoxy/goop springs a leak) is 45 psi.
