I'm amazing at Forza3! I destroyed the engine of a 2mil C car by downshifting! YAY!

The trigger will cease to function before the pressure is built up so high that it may explode. You definitely don't need it any higher than 45 PSI.
My modded Titan (Plugged pump, balls, and a pressure gauge) will go up to 60 PSI with no adverse effects. That seems to be about the max, though.

I asked this question in a thread (somewhere...A long time ago) and CaptainSlug (If I remember correctly) said somewhere around 60 was the MAX, but 45-55 should be enough.

Slug will say most nerf parts won't last consistently over 40 psi; at least that's what he told me, and that's what I go by. For reference (I put a pressure gauge on one of my new projects inline with a 2k), the opv of a 2k pump is 30psi, and 4-5 pumps (depending on a few factors) (generally the point at which the tubing pops out, or the epoxy/goop springs a leak) is 45 psi.
