I have been looking around for a large amount (500-800ft) of FBR. the first one that I noticed was the aloghomestore brand- extremely cheap, but too big to fit the cpvc. are there any other brands that would sell the FBR in large quantities and still be fairly cheap (around $50-$75). And it must fit cpvc because, well, it's easily available.

I'm not sure about any mass-quantity foam that fits in CPVC well, but the closed cell black backer rod at www.bestmaterials.com fits perfectly unheated in PETG, and tightly when heated in PETG, and its sold in rolls of 800' or 2500'. Perhaps you could go to Lowes and pick up some of their MD Home brand since it fits well in CPVC, but it's only sold in 20 foot bags. You really just have to look around. I know(or at least think...) that BlackSunshine said he found his FBR at a plastics store, so you may want to look around those kinds of shops.

Ace is a great source for this kinda foam you are looking for.
Also try Mod man's foam on Ebay great quality and fits CPVC perfectly.
