So recently all the targets in my area had a HUGE sale. All of their bbb's which are normaly $20 were half off for $10. I bought one and srewed it up but thats not the point. I've gone back there many times recently since i got the bbb and they haven't had any. I was wondering if Hasbro stopped making the gun and if anyone knows why I can't find them anymore that'd be great.

I've still seen them at Walmarts and ToysRus' and Targets, so I would have to guess "no".

If it broke, you might be able to slyly return the product to Walmart (for example) and say it was a gift but was broken... Not that I condone such behavior - but it's possible...

I went to my nearest target and there weren't any BBB's there either.

If they have in fact, ceased production I will be very dissapointed.

They haven't stopped production. It was just an awesome price and we are heading in to the Christmas season. There are just lots of happy parents now, because they got great deals and will now have happy kids at Christmas.

I doublechecked the Target near me, across the Fiesta Casino in Henderson, NV. All out of Big Bad Bows. I did pick up a FireFly for $15.99. I guess my BigBlasts will have to last me for awhile...

Huh, I have a bbb but, I didn't buy it from the store. Death by cheez bought it and then I bought it off of him. He said he wanted another one, went back to the store a couple of days later, and bought another one. It could also depend on where you live.

Would one of those that have BBB's happen to be the northgate one?

Nope I usually don't venture that far up. the one that usually will have over here on the east side is Issaquah. And sometimes the Factoria.

Target clearanced out the BBB's recently (which is why they were half price, they also should have had a clearance sticker on them). I am wondering if maybe hasbro isn't making them anymore because none of the TRU's in my area have them now, either. There isn't even a shelf space for them.

All bbb's went salvage at target stores, meaning you may find them at a second run store like t.j. maxx, or the like. Targets in store item search system has them listed as discontinued, and there is no new sku/dpci for them as far as i can find. Grab them while you can.

Hey, in Vancouver, my TRU stills sells BBB true and strong. You know how hard it is to get materials in Vancouver... so really, it's kind of suprising to me.

My guess is it's being discontinued. Target has it listed as out of stock and Walmart doesn't have it on their website.

Slight topic change:

Target is selling The Incredible Hulk Abomination Blaster on Clearance online only for $20.99.

And so you post that in a Big Bad Bow thread instead of the product awareness thread specifically created for just such a purpose? Congratulations, you've earned my ire for today.

The BBB's will probably only be available online untill a few months from this point. I know this because they used to sell Halo (1) for the PC, then a week later, they were never at the store again. I looked on Target's website, and there they were. Now, they have completely vanished from both the shelves and the site.

Get these while you can (at Tgt...)...You may not see them again a year later...

I hope the bbb's stay around for a while. Being an awsome gun and all. Who knows these could go for as much as a crossbow in 5 years.

They are most likely going out of production. Remember how the magstrikes were dirt cheep and then gone the next day. None of our stores carry BBB's except for target and when I went there there they were out of stock. Then I went to the service counter and checked if they had any in the back (a very helpful thing to do, almost half of the guns I've purchased were not on the shelf) and when they checked they said that they were completely out and there wasnt any information about a shipment comming in.
