At TrU today i saw some sort of nerf spin-off. It was called the Hover Sight i think, and it came with a target that had floating balls. The gun had 6 or 8 barrels, it looked close to pistol size, and it was either pump or spring, spring more likely. It boasted auto rotating barrels, and said it shot up to 25 feet. It went for about 25$. Anyone seen or bought this? I would have, but i bought the XXL Air Bazooka instead.

Oh, i also saw something called a skeet shooter. The gun looked a little like a SM3K...

Yeah, I've seen it. My best friend (Bobert) got one for the holidays. It was accurate, but it only shot like ten feet. The hover target was frikin' awesome.
Don't try to mod it. It's a bitch to put back together. We STILL haven't figured it out.

You put these little foam balls on the cups. The air blows up through pipes and through the cup, forcing the ball up in the air. And the ball stays there, sittin' pretty on a cushion of air.

Is there some sort of fan under the cups then? It sounds like a science experiment I've done before.

I have it. Yes, there is a large fan underneith the cups. The air flow is also adjustable. The gun was like a mini shotgun, perfect for short range combat. When i tried to mod it, the spring poped off and it broke.

Too bad the gun can't be modified. A longer range shotgun would be cool! :P
