Im finally un-grounded and I would like to add my thoughts on this. If I was to make a mold I would first:
1, Take a lump of clay and fashion it into a narrow rectangle about 3/4 an inch deep.
2, Take a marble that has a 1/2 inch diameter.
3, Squish the marble half way deep into the clay all the way across the rectangle.
4, Harden in an oven.
5, Spray Pam, lubricant, etc. into the holes.
5, Fill the holes up with hot glue and using an eye dropper drop one drop of water into the hole. Then while its half way dry, stick a 3/0 fishing weight into the back.
6, Take a stefan blank and drop a little hot glue onto the top of it.
7, Stick it onto the dome and let dry.
8, Enjoy your perfect stefans.

I dont know if it will work, but Im gonna try it soon.

I thik that would work if you could use actual fired clay. Your stove won't work to turn it into fired clay. You need to make friends with your local pottery maker and use their furnace.

Actually, there are clays that can be hardened in an oven.

Very true. For example, here* is a brand I have often seen in craft stores.

*: It says that it "bakes to a smooth, matte finish in your home oven" after the three-bullet list.

Off topic: I just thought of a potential way to make letters out of hot glue*: fill whatever letter you need of a cheap plastic stencil, and bend the letter out when it's solidified.

*: I'd probably use this to put on the side of NERF blasters or something...

You could use any kind of wood for the mold, place tin foil in the mold before you put the
glue in it.

Yes, but Sculptey is a modeling clay. I have used it before, and I'm not sure how well it would work in this situation.

There are a few reasons I haven't tried that: 1: The molds are expensive. 2: The mold would possibly need and extreme modification to make stefan worthy. 3: The hot glue would get in between the ends of the pliers, if you were using them.
