It's almost finished, HOORAY!

so here it is,

Turns out it was pretty easy. The gun has not been modded on the inside, i didn't have a spring, but I was dieing to paint it.

The extensions are made of plywood. If you decide to do this, use hot glue to attach the extensions. Its better that the stuff that drys in a day. the hot glue works fine, you should be more worried about the wood breaking apart.

I cut the trigger part out

I only got most of the gun painted though, The part I didn't paint didn't have primer on it, so i knew the pain would come off soon. And i was running out of paint, so i wanted to get at least a little of the clip painted.

I will probably give it some dark gray paint, but the gun is mostly blue so I did that first.

and the only blue extensions are a cut up shampoo bottle.

EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know if I made this really clear or not, BUT THIS IS ONLY PROGRESS!

I'm going to finish the paint job, and clean it up a bit. I didn't think I would have
to put this on here but don't whine on the topic! But suggestions I like.

There's only one chain for the spiker. You should just put one of those in the middle. Also, you should think

about using more than just one color. I'm not a pre-pubescent subordinate of ice, but you should check out his

videos about painting his recon and longshot.(They have the same paint-job). That'll make the spiker look way

cooler.If u have a gamertag here's mine: sidwasnthere

I know, it's dumb.

Damn it Foamfoot. Why is it that you kill every good topic with a retarded response a few days late.

The spikes are very well done. However if you were going for a realistic feel, you should have used aluminum, or another cheap metal.

The paintjob is just flat out horrible. Silvers, greys, and blacks are your best freinds when you are looking for realistic paint.

Finally clean up excess glue with an e-xacto knife, or your tool of preferance.

Good job, and good luck.

I lubed it again and again, I don't see what an extra 2 centimeters does. I don't think I will cut it off.

I'd say it's looking pretty decent...
but the only other mod you would need is for it to be fully auto... IF that's even possible with the breech setup...

Ha! That made me laugh. It is nigh impossible to make a fully auto nerf gun, that operates with a breech. It's one thing to make a gun look like a gun in a video game, quite another to make it perform as such.

It's not like that. I put lube on it and its the same. Its just stuck. And when I cock it back it goes farther back then usual. Also I push as hard as I can and it wont go back in. I've tried the methods and they wont work. Also pics are up.

I really hope that was a joke.

On Topic:
I think that it is so far coming out pretty well. The only reason I don't like it is because of the flash in the picture screwing it up, but you can't really help that too much. Good luck amping it up.

You really need to pick what suites you best, and check your spelling.
