If you have a table saw they're not difficult to make. I just don't have any full weekends left to make batches of them and the process is very boring. Especially after having made 135 of them.
Sadly no, just a scroll saw and a jig saw, so the process would be dull in the extreme for me. Besides, messing about with the tabs is annoying for me because I can't ever seem to get the curve of the PVC to work right.

Although it takes a lot more work, this foregrip is a lot cleaner. It is the one I have been working on to get put in my gun, but has been postponed until I can get more money to continue. If you feel like the extra work, you should try it out on your next model.
That's this grip by the way:

Internal steel/copper with PVC external. Wouldn't work with any kind of front integration without major modification though.
Slick idea, I wish it didn't depend on the bolt-sled for functionality though.

There's also this one.

Now THAT is a crazy nice shotgun integration, I bet the front-gun cocking handle broke after a little while though, it would put a huge amount of strain on the little metal rod to cock the main gun, especially with a spring addition.
