1. It depends on the length of your barrels. It is a pretty lightweight rotating mechanism, so I don't think it could handle 6" CPVC barrels. 4", maybe. PETG easily, yes.
2. I'm sure the seal could be fixed, but be careful with it, some of the parts are moving. Covering the holes in the barrels with tape etc is pretty common practice for anyone who has had a Mad Hornet.
3. No, I guarantee that you won't strip any screws or casing while opening this gun. Trust me, it uses the big black screws with large ridges that won't be going anywhere soon.
4. It's about as long as the Blastfire (though the rear half is composed entirely of a giant plastic airtank, as you'll see if you open it.)
5. The reason I don't think you could make it as good as one of your Blastfires (I'm not doubting your skill) is that you don't have as advanced of a gun to work with. For one, it has the strange characteristic of firing in mid rotation, as opposed to how an AT or SM3000 rotates and then fires. There is a lot of air that can be stored in the tank, but I'm not sure how much you could pressurize it. There is probably an overpressurization valve you could block somewhere, but you might have to crack the handle in half or something to get there, as I couldn't find it right away. Also, there is just a -lot- of weak seals.
Anyhow, a lot of these things could be fixed, and should be fixed. As I said, I'd love to see a successful mod for this gun, and if you think you could work with it, go right ahead. I wish you luck.
