When I reassembled my Nitefinder I heard a rattiling noise when I cocked the gun. I opened it up and I found a very small square metal washer that had threads in it which meant it was for a screw. It is about 4mm x 4mm and about 1mm thick. I am now wondering where this goes. Any help is appeciated, even if you had this past.

That goes at the bottom of the handle, it's to screw the battery pack on.

Do me a favor, take a deep breath, and get some of that sand out of your vagina.

I think I know what you are talking about. The piece that you are talking about I is to screw the battery pack, If it is what I think it is then I don't think that laser light should work.

EDIT: A clearer picture would be nice

Try screwing the bottom on then, see if it is or not.
