I don't know where to get spray paint. Wal-Mart, Home Depot, etc, etc.

Are you serious? You couldn't have figured this out for yourself? You had to post a bulletin? And why in Modifications? Isn't there a "pointless shit" thread somewhere? Dude, you can get spray paint anywhere, and its all the same price...

There isn't any way he can buy it in California if he's Under 18. Its Illegal, or at least anywhere I buy it they check my ID.

So he can do what I do: have a parent come with you and have him/her buy it, then just pay him/her back.

Wow. I’m sorry, but that’s kind of sad. You can get spray paint almost anywhere. They have it at Home Depot, like any hardware store, or even at a lot of drug stores. You can get a can of touch and tone for like $2 at a drug store.

Also like Mr. Tubb said if you can't buy legally have a parent or someone over 18 come with you.

Try the swap meet on Folsom blvd(sac). Everything is hella cheap there. Otherwise Walmart's the cheapect I've seen.
