I think he's talking about the Cleveland area.
It would be a longshot for me, since I'm in my senior year of aerospace engineering and am literally doing 12 hour days every day of the week... but depending on the date I might be able to make it.

Jesus, didn't we just have a topic on How Not To Post A Thread In Nerf Wars?
You're annoying, go away.
I'd be up for a war any time if it's within an hour (too lazy/cheap to go much farther than that). I'll only bother if there's a decent turnout and since there's almost nobody in the NE area I think you'd probably be better off just going to Columbus.

What kind of performance are you seeing out of that beast? I shot myself with it stock and it left a mark for an hour. What do you do with that? Hunt small game and children?

If you were to start a war you should probably just make it more Southern in the East Coast. Even though it would be a longer drive for you I bet the outcome would be a lot better.
What??? I hope you mean like southeast Ohio, and even then, I don't know ANYONE from there. We have plenty of wars in Ohio, and if you're not from Ohio and don't know what goes on, then I kindly suggest you keep your useless comments out of the thread. Thanks.
Where were all you Ohio nerfers last weekend? We had Gcno 2 last weekend. But as Nerf365 just said, we have a clan of about 8 or so in Cleveland.
Where were you for the 3 major Ohio wars we've had already this year? Or rather, for any of the wars we've had in the last year? I seem to remember making a trip up to Cleveland to nerf with at least 8 confirmed attendees (other than my group) in summer '07, only to find 2 guys from the area to nerf with. Maybe I was hesitant because the only person I've ever nerfed with who was going to attend your GCNO was from Michigan. You bring your 8 or so down to Dayton, Columbus or Cincinnati sometime and we'll return the favor.
Sorry to kind of derail the thread, and this is in no way meant to offend any other Ohio nerfers, but the fact of the matter is that at least 80-90% of the nerfing population in Ohio is from Cincinnati (We've had 80 people nerf in one night... no lie). Hell, even with our official group disbanded we can still scrounge together at least 15-20 people to play. My point here is that you'll have a lot better turnout the farther south you go, unless you can convince myself and everyone I nerf with that it's worth our time to make the drive up there. I don't mind driving to nerf at all (Hell, I've been to D.C. for it), but I also don't mine actually nerfing when I get there.
Maybe we should put together a list/map of all the Ohio nerfers, because there are way too many of you guys on the boards now for me to remember.

Cincinnati is the most prominent nerf spot. This is because they have a large campus that used to be accepting of NERF.
Columbus would be second. Jedijoe, myself, longshot wielder I think and a couple of others. We travel to wars.
Cleveland would be third. You have local wars, do your own shit, less competitive. Less funny, too.
ACTUAL NERF LOCALES:
Cleveland and Michigan NERF should almost be combined. It's just a different region. Toledo is perfect for you two.
Cincinnati, Toledo, Columbus, Indianapolis and Ft. Wayne all converge at Tipp City/Dayton.
The three C's go to Columbus. Cleveland needs to represent in the Columbus war. I don't want to have to move down to Cincinnati to nerf. The walk to and from wars is REALLY GOOD. especially when you just ran in the freezing cold for 8 or so hours. It's a nice warm-up/cool-down.

I was planning on representing cleveland this summer, but I had other plans. The lakewood crew will be heading to the fall war, and most likely the winter one in our, take this, RV. Yes, the nerf RV. We should paint it.
Awesome.
I'm glad there are still a lot of people nerfing in Ohio. That's one of the main reasons why I've been trying to have a lot of wars, to try and give everyone the chance to get out and nerf and to meet everyone else in this great state. I hope you guys are able to make it this fall/winter Boisie.
