Also, i believe theres a third model of Recon where the plunger juts out from the back maybe 2-3 in. less than the one without the cover on it. But i'm not sure.

This of course is stock.
The "ARMED" is easier to mod simply because of the accessibility of the plunger tube.

because you can add two recon springs and it gets significantly better ranges as far as i can tell
and with the other one
I couldnt get another one in it. thats my opinion

I got one of the First Gen Recons and with AR's out I got 55 flat.

The Recon inverted plunger and leaky breech couldn't do 50' flat if you put a garage door spring behind it.
Now THATS an idea.....

I'm REALLY fucking tired of posting ranges that are "eyeballed." Don't tell people ranges if you haven't used a measuring tape.
