Well the Jersey shore is cool. Nothing beats it. And there's APOC. Thats about it. We don't really have anything worth mentioning. Its your choice, there are other places you can go, but some are just tourist traps.

Lol, only in south and north jersey. Mid Jersey is OK, except for Camden. But there really is only the Jersey shore and APOC. The beaches north of Wildwood have a problem with illegal medical waste being dumped. But Cape May and Wildwood are fine. I would suggest Cape May for the beach cause you don't have to walk a quarter mile to get to the ocean and Wildwood for the boardwalk.

Come down to Austin, The Live Music Capital of the World! Enjoy friendly people, great tex-mex, and beautiful hills!

Just kidding. It is pretty awesome down here though, but perhaps I'm a little biased. :D

We're located in I-Don't-Give-a-Damn County, in scenic Shut-the-Hell-Up-achussets.
Maybe you're familiar with our annual charity drive where we ask for shit, and no one gives any.

How about you go to NYC and get the train or hitch a ride with someone on the haven down to apoc? NYC is full of things to do, a little bit for everyone. I would really recommend going, there's tons to do.

North Jersey is where its at.

In Morris County alone, the local music scene is freakin massive, with fake rappers, rockers, and even indie rockers.

From my house to NYC, it is not even 45 minutes, and the City is the best one in the world...

Its around 2 hours from the Jersey Shore. Personally, LBI (Beach Haven) is my favorite. Everything within walking distance, and there is so much too do.

Six Flags is an hour and a half away from Most Mid-North areas.

and last but not least, NNJ has more Nerfers. I can't even count them on my hands and toes! We also are in a close proximity to most Southern Nerfers, the New Yorker's, and PA.

As you can see, Jersey owns everybody else anyways, so its a great decision where ever you decide to vacation!

Spend a day at Six flags.. Seriously, Jersey people are not the right people to ask what's good to do in Jersey. New Yorkers maybe are. We just don't go out mostly. There are a lot of small towns and everyone is used to the shore. LBI can be a blast though with the right people and a large budget. Far from a day trip though.

Jersey has the highest shopping mall to square area ratio of any state, so we rarely need to go past those to go anywhere. I hear that there are things called travel sites.. and state tourism sites. Check 'em.

You've got Seaside Heights for the shopping, the beach, the rides and the games. Perfect for all ages!

For leisurely fun, you have plenty of movie theaters, miniature golf, bowling, though everywhere has these items.

There's Cape May, Six Flags (which has been mentioned alot here), Wildwood, and alot of other things.

You can listen to NJ residents, just don't listen to the young ones that have to go where their parents drag them. Here is the best option for your family trying to figure out what to do in NJ:

Go fuck yourself... California. Oh and you too "Nerfer9". This is a site dedicated to nerf so was it really necessary to include nerf in your name?

I also doubt that you are the 9th nerfer. The sport has been around a long time before you showed your face around here. I'm member number 165, but I am far from the 165th nerfer. You sir are a liar!

EDIT: Woot 798th post!

Dark Shrimp makes me laugh very much so. California can suck my wiener. New Jersey is always fun especially the wooded areas. I go up to my friend's aunt's private lake. :(
