Alright, so here's the plan. The hall is going to be tight with as many people as we're going to be having. So we're going to split it up. We're not taking suggestions on how to change this or make this better, so don't bother. We've tried all of our options, and this is the best compromise within the restraints.

The LGLF is going to be hosting a war, running at the same time, at a park near by to the VFW site. If you'd prefer to play outdoors, we'd be glad to have you. We'd like to "stop by" the VFW place and give birthday wishes to Echna, and I personally hope to get in at least one round of indoor.

Echnalaid will not be at the outdoor war, for various reasons. Neither will his friends. Which means if you go to the indoors, there will be at least 11 people.

I will be at MCNO in the beginning, so if you have something to buy from me, that's the best time for it.

The current roster for the LGLF war is on the web page, linked at the bottom.

If you don't want to play indoors for whatever reason, including it being cramped, or not wanting to get shot by powerful guns at close range, please join us. Most everything will be the same.
Host - LGLF
Date - Saturday, Feb 28, 2009
Time - 10-4 (potentially later)

Gun bans - We'll judge, but the normal. No singled titans, no singled 5ks, no Doomsayers, no Roto rockets, no homemade airguns, no psycho drain uncloggers. I haven't had any problems with this rule set in the past.

Location - To be determined. We're scouting out a few parks in the neighboring areas, but our primary concern is going to be the chain of rain on Friday. We're hoping to have it not too soggy, while having a nicely diverse venue. Phil tells me that there's one that looks promising, with both wooded and open areas. We will let you know, and have pictures by Friday night.

Some guys I'd like to hang out indoors with are IceSpartan, fresh, ice, Zack, keef, Just Some Bitch, and Im That Kid.
If anyone l I just listed will be indoors with me, PM me.

I'd like some of the total attendance to be indoors, and the other outdoors. Then you can alternate maybe.
So far, more people prefer outdoors. I guess it's because the overpowered guns at closer proximity. Me and my friends will be playing and probably doing a lot of goofing off.

PlusBows are BANNED. They can clear across the room easy, and can "Eat Shit" (Self Filter!) easily.

I don't mind if more people are outdoors, indoors will get a little cramped with more people.

We are almost at the most capacity. We can take up to 18-20 for the indoor. We could probably stuff 1-2 more, if we have to. That's if some people back down.

Well outdoor will be between ten and twenty minutes drive away, so as long as you have a ride, it won't be a problem from the outdoor end.

You can stay indoors for half the time, and outdoors for the rest.

I thought Mike and you were staying indoors the entire time? I think he told me it's too much of a hassle for his mom/whoever is driving. Something along those lines.

Ok, just got back from the party store. My mom got a disco ball and a bubble machine. Why? I dunno, but it'll be awesome. We also got some table covers to be used as cover, suspended from the ceiling. Indiana Jones and Iron Man FTW. You'll get what I'm talking about when you get there. We got a desert-esque wall cover for the back of the room, to make Zombie Madness look cooler. We also got a pinata, the pull string kind, because I like the Iron Man graphic on it. But since we're men, we need to smash something. I got a Diego pinata to smash and make stuff come out. What's more fun than smashing children's cartoon characters?
Oh yeah, we got a lot of balloons for a target game.

For the record, if the numbers dwindle, it'll be an indoor only war. And by the sounds of it, I'm almost hoping for it.

I bet we can fit everyone in. I NEED the final roster by Friday afternoon. Split, if you want everyone in the room, that's fine. We can fit in the extra 6. Although 16 is good for indoors, 22 is still manageable. Or, if you guys wanna come to the indoor one for half the time, that's cool too.

That's why I'm double posting. I NEED the final list by tomorrow afternoon, since Split's doing some thinking.

My mom insisted on this stuff. She wants it to be more "Party-ish"
It's still an indoor war, just with a bunch of extra stuff. We will be nerfing most of the day. And at lunch we'll whack the pinata. So it's a nerf war, but my mom is trying to make it technically a "Party". She calls it a "Nerf Themed" Party.
Strike the TV, we won't have time.
