How do you make crayola barrels, and are they better or worse then, say PVC or Brass? Pics are welcome.

They're just tubes made from normal-sized Crayola markers. The tubes resulting fit 1/2" Foam quite well, and they make a very good seal with some samples of 1/2" PVC. The entire reasoning behind them is for a good internal coupling with a 1/2" PVC barrel, and for best performance with tipped Micro darts, such as Zero darts or Airjet Micros (Red foam, black tips).
If you want the best performance, however, I'd go with Brass tubing and micro stefans, from the range results I'm hearing.
