Ok. time for another WA war at Marymoor.This weekend is probably a little too short notice as is next. So lets shoot for Oct 4th.
A recap of the old info.

Since Marymoor is a pretty big park We will hang out in the more secluded area so that outside interference is minimal.



If you are driving be aware that there is a parking fee of $1.00 at the park.

There is also a Subway in case you get hungry

The rule set that I would like to employ here is the standard rule set or rules of ediquitte.

If you have not read thru this I highly recommend doing so as the expectation of following these simple rules will be in effect. Failure to follow the no douchebag rules will get a warning. Continued douchbaggery will result in your being asked to leave.

Games that I'd like to see played at this event will be

Team Deathmatch - With a 4/20 rule

Center Flag

Pistols match

And possible others depending on time, interest and people attending.


We can set aside some time for trading and sales and of course a lunch break.

I will have Stefans for sale for those that need ammos.

For those of you youngins I would like for you to be dropped off by your parent and for them to be fully aware that you will be nerfing. I am not to be held responsible if you get hurt. Nerf at your own risk. but do understand that eye protection is MANDATORY no exceptions. I do have a few extra DTG goggles I can loan out, as well as a few modded cheapo loaner guns.

Sweet! I'm definitely interested and I'm sure the rest of my team is too (not to speak for them).
That gives me two and a half weeks to clear my schedule, so I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
And I'm so glad to hear your selling ammo. I speak for everyone when I say were nearly out of ammo- my bag is down to 25.

I'm the only one not in school right now, but I'm sure the others will catch up on this within a few hours. To give you a rough estimate, our group is usually 7 strong, but a few tagalongs may also join bringing it up to 10 possibly.

I'll keep you updated when things are more concrete.

Bump! Oh yeah I also wanted to Add that shields will be allowed in some if not all games. So if you have one bring it. If you can ninja a dart mid air with a reasonable sized shield then you should be able to use one. Reasonable size would be roughly no larger then 1 sq ft ,ish.

Not only will there be time set aside for trading and selling but I will indeed be bringing some stefans. I'm trying to finish up my latest creation for this war. Only thing left is paint.
As well as build my portable cover And I need to make a few hundred extra stefs just in case ppl want/need some.

And I will also probably have a few guns to sell.

Theres gonna be a slight change to how we setup here as well. instead of splitting between the two sites I think using the cover between would work out much better. So we will be sorta combining the two areas and including the windmill.

I'd just like to throw in a vote for the place we originally were at. It was bigger, had it's cover distributed better, and had no underbrush areas. I think the biggest downside to the second location was all the areas that had long grass and thick bushes... Those were impossible to get darts out of. I think merging the two sides would be good too. I don't remember what was dividing the two areas, I just remember there was like two different openings. If we could balance it out well enough, I'd be all for a CTF with flags on each end.

Oh, and just to update status, we (Me, Blackfox, Hierarchy and others) are still in the maybe category. I'd say it's pretty likely, we just need to work a few things out.

Alright I pretty much figured it out. It will be me +2 But we just have to figure out who is paying for gas money. Seeing I'm the one with the car.

EDIT:: My truck just broke down, Don't have the time to fix it. Can we start up a carpool for this war by any chance? If not I'd have to find another car for my "Convoy"

I might be bringing a guest or my dad or both. I'm pretty much a definite as of now, unless something comes up. By the way, will the Blue Tiger(in my sig) be allowed? I haven't range tested it for 3-5 months now but if I remember correctly it wasn't getting insane ranges.

Also, Blacksunshine, I'd like to buy about 20$ worth of your darts. Green tipped is preferred since all of mine are. I'll have alot of guns too so you should probably make more than that, if you'd be interested in a trade. I have ALOT of guns I will be selling too.

Go ahead and bring the 5K. And we can check it out. If it isn't rediculas as far as power goes you are good to go. But do bring an alternative just incase we decide that its a bit much.

I am trying to prep up a few guns as well as find time to make some more darts. will probably do darts tonight at work. I will make sure to make a few extra green packs.

Hopefully no rain. Its been real nice the last couple days and I think last weekend was also.
Bring as many as you can. the more the merrier. We can make better use of the whole area.

I wanna incorporate the windmill into the play this time. Maybe make it like an assault scenario.

Also I liked someones game type idea for a hostages scenario. If we have enough ppl maybe we can set something like that up also.

Does anyone else have any ideas for game types?

Assault/Siege rounds including the windmill would be cool. I don't know what the hostage thing is. Could you explain that one a bit?

And we could try a Highlander round across both fields.
I don't know how well a more open field like this one would do with VIP, but that could be worth a try as well.
Edit: I'd throw in a vote for Gunslinger Heaven. I've never had the chance to play that, but it sounds pretty awesome.
