Ok fellow nerf fans, i have info on the hyper fire
you can pre order it on amazon.com.
it comes with two DTB and Two Nerf Eliminators and they are in orange and green.
it's $39.99 and will be released Oct. 1, 2008

I saw those at my local Target a while ago. I didn't know they came with the Eliminators though.

Yeah I picked up a box of hyperfires 2 weeks ago. I needed DTBs for a mod I was doing and I thought the green and orange was pretty nifty. The eliminators are decent but I already broke one trying to mod it. THey are just too sensitive on the inside.

After I cut everything to pieces I am left with 1 broken DTB 1 modded DTB 1 broken eliminator and 1 working eliminator.

I would reccomend picking these up.

Just some notes though, NF springs work wonders in DTBs, and BICs standard black pens work as substitutes for the inevitable loss of you catch spring (I lost both of mine)

It's the same thing they said about the vulcan, it's scheduled release was 9/1/08, but some got it in June. My target already has these in stock. I love the neon colors though.

Wow. There are some masters of reiteration here.

For future reference, news like this belongs in our Product awareness thread. If we had a thread for each piece of information that someone thought was new, there would be a couple of hundred new threads here. And as always, search to see if someone posted up your "new" information yet. Had you, you would have found a dozen plus reports of these being available around the country.
