Anyway, I got 2 First Gen nightfinders plus 3 other types of nightfinders and a maverick for 10 bucks on ebay. I'm still waiting for them in the mail.

You need to visit the stores relatively frequently to be able to snag anything good. Most of the time you will come away empty handed. Sometimes... bags full of nerfy GOLD. All of my best guns I've gotten from thrift stores. Retail is just too much.

It's not overley great, but I got an LS, a magstrike, 60 taggers, and 30 streamlines for 17.95 once.

One night I was walking around late at night with some friends, it was garbage night for this rich neighborhood, so me and my friends would go and pick through the stuff, see if we found anything worth our time.

One cold night, a huge box, stacked to the brim with nerf guns. Highlights were a wildfire, broken maximizer (easily fixed it), warthog, couple reactors, nightfinders, the front gun of a longshot. Really just a lot of shit I don't feel like mentioning haha

In addition to my fairly long list on the front page I got these guns yesterday.

-2 eagle eyes $1 each
-2 AT2ks $1 each

I also got a Unity power system and a RF20 for around $20 a while ago.

I think if I keep up my rigorous searching of thrift stores and garage sales, I will find the ultimate item, I plan to do this the rest of my nerfing career. Keep in mind, my whole list has been mostly acquired from the spring up to the present, another year or two, and who knows what will happen.

I got an x-bow from my friend for 50 cents. He didnt like nerf anymore so he gave it to me! Also I traded one of my many singled titans for a motorized ballzooka.

I have not really had the good fortune of stumbling on deals, but I did get my Maximizer off Ebay for $28. That's about the price of a stock longshot and pretty good compared to what a Maximizer is probably worth.

Returned Vulcans from Target have started showing up at Goodwill,Today I was able to grab 2 complete Value Packs for $4.99 each.
One works perfect,the other seems to have the problem with the rotating mechanism not advancing the chain.
Any suggestions/advice on repair for broken one.
