Very nice, definitely something I'd love to try myself, my Firefly is feeling neglected since the paintjob.

The firefly was my first nerf Purchase and my personal favorite... This will be my primary when im finished.

on my workbench... along with the pump... the trigger WILL be installed inside the case, I have a stupid idea I want to try before I commit to a location... the hard work is done there is plenty of room inside for the rest.

LOL, thank you sir... actually I thought the fad was old before I even started doing it, But it is fun.

My trigger Idea isnt working, but Im not giving up yet... ill try to have pics up today.

This is a truly interesting idea; there's SO much room inside the firefly case (one of the reasons I don't have one), and integrations are a very real option. It looks nice; I'd love to see more pics. ~Rork

I used the wrong tubing, im going to have to completely rebuild the gun... my tubing is too soft and it expands completely wasting air... im pumping 60+ times to get 50ft when I could do that with 15-16 pumps with a modified pump..
Aside from the pumping until I get tennis elbow (I swear its the nerf guns fault) the gun works very well...

Oh well, Ill try again...

Outside of the fix to the tubing, all it needs is PETG barrels and a paintjob. =)

^ Yeah, when he's got that much room for integration he should be able to use a magstrike pump or something large enough to fill the SMDTG with one or two pumps.

I'll let you know how a Hornet pump works in that situation, I think that should be able to pump up a SMDTG in one pump, we'll see, I'm going to stuff one of my SMDTGs in my Firefly and the other on my Longshot.

don't put down dollar store squirt gun pumps, I believe I found the ultimate external nerf air tank in a dollar store squirt gun..... besides the hornet is my secondary so I would never consider disassembling one just for a pump....
