I'm glad you're trying to contribute to the NIC, but if your last armor post didn't make it obvious, Armor is not used in nerf!

As it's been stated numerous time:
-It does not legally block a dart which removes any strategic value it has
-It's not necessary except for the most powerful and usually universally banned guns ie singled titan, LBB etc.

If you still wanna build it, more power to you.

You put a pipe on your arm. Then you posted a topic about it, obviously thinking that your pipe-encased arm was something to be proud of. There are a great many things wrong with this, all of which have been gone over ad nauseum. Bottom line: this is a nerf forum--i.e., a source of information regarding the building, acquisition, and modification of nerf blasters, and above all the use of nerf blasters for the purpose of shooting your friends. There are places where people would be interested in building toy armor; this is not one of them, whether or not the armor was built "just for fun." ~Rork

Hey to everyone who's flamed this guy so far, shut the fuck up, he's doing this for fun I dont recall him saying he will use it in a war and he's calling it nerf armor because thats what its armor against, it stops darts from high powered guns from hurting, everyone is thinking " well he calls it nerf armor therefore its armor for a nerf war" so chill out and none of you will probably nerf with him anyways so its not your problem right now.

Guys, sorry for the arguments and such, but the video was only for cheap costumelike purposes.
the actual "nerf" part has yet to begin.

If this is how he plays in wars with his friends, that's their rules and they can do whatever they want. Just because he plays traditionally or anything it's used with nerf, it still counts. Just like holsters are used with nerf, but aren't, they aren't looked down upon. If you don't like it, you can tell him, but there's no need for a flame war.

If you don't like it, get over it... flaming him for a fun creation has the possibility of discouraging him from posting any of his more potentially brilliant ideas in the future.

You should have a huge air tank in a back pack, with a bike pump. Then get a bunch of 2k's, sm 1500 and the like and all attach them to your armor. Then link them to that tank/ pump so by filling the tank, you prime all these air guns. Then attach a bunch of key-ring triggers to your hand guard, and each one would fire a different gun!! That would be pretty sweet. You'd be like nerf Iron Man. But not metal. Plastic Man

I mostly remember the part of the Warriors when they have that sweet fight in the bathroom.

In other news, pointing out infractions with the CoC is bad enough, but seriously guys, why are you insulting everyone who posts something you don't like?

Here is what I do:
I type what I'm going to post.
I preview it.
If I realize it makes me look like an asshole, I close the window and go do something else.

If everyone did that, the world would be a better place.
