If you dont use stefans...:
Get a pvc coupler, and pvc. Open the gun up and take out the red barrel. Saw the white part off a few inches and hammer some pvc on. Then glue the pvc coupler on. Then make another barrel for it. Now you have a pvc breech loadet aht fires stock darts. PM me if you want some more details.

In any case, the Max Shot is a fun weapon stock, the darts are pretty hefty and are fun to hit people with, but the accuracy isn't great. If you want to eat shit, definately do a mod on this gun. You don't have to do cxwq's great brass mod, just do a simple PVC mod like Thirst is describing. You will be glad you did. But, like I said, you will probably eventually want to open it up in time, to fix the leak that is caused by a cracked plunger tube.

The Foam Fortress seems easier than the mod Thirst is quoting - is that just me being a n00b? I don't think I have access to any hot glue, so electircal tape may be a better option.
If i do the FF mod, will I be able to use a foot long piece of PVC to shoot stock darts from?

Me and my dad salavged what we could from the garage, this including an aliminium coupler and a foot of 1/2" chromed copper. We put that together, with eletrical tape. It doesn't fire stock darts, and i don't make my own, so i ripped the head off a stock and used some white tack as a weight. Pushing the darts halfway down gets at least 50 feet, I haven't got a longer range to measure just yet.
Thanks a lot for your help, it is pretty cool.

Man all you need to do now is paint your gun random silver, gold, and bronze colours and you will have a nice bling-gun.an aliminium coupler and a foot of 1/2" chromed copper.
