Inspired From A Star Wars Dark Horse Comic Cover from Droids that shows a Protocol Droid Turned Bounty Hunter.
I used A Rubies C3-PO Helmet and found objects and threw in a little Tusken Raider Design For Good Measure. It is Totally wearable. The Red Longshot I posted in Paint modifications was a companion piece to this.

Needless to say, it would be intimidating if you charged someone from around a corner or something with your longshot while wearing that. The only problem I have with it is that it would limit your vision should you actually use it in a war. Still, fantastic job.

I'm not sure that this was intended for warring...more like Forsaken's scary fucking mask, am I right?
