NO, that is NOT a photoshop. My friend brought two Segways to my home/ compound, and he left an older model p133 for me. This is his new i2 model... 5 grand, man. We put the two mavericks on there and I held two to be whimsical and absurd.

This is what he left me;


I'll go and pose on it with some blaster later on, so you don't think I'm pulling your leg.


Seriously, vehicles and Nerf aren't the best combination. Especially since the last thing you need is to run a bike or golf cart or segway or (insert dangerous vehicle here) into something, or over someone because you weren't paying attention to actually riding the thing.

We tried chasing each other with the Segways with AT2ks (need better firepower), it was more fun to just chase each other around the compound on the Segways rather than try to shoot at each other. To a foot trooper, a golf cart or bike is just a more tempting moving target with less mobility than just running around the place.

Although, if you Nerf like the East Coasters do, a light vehicle might be a good thing.... to carry gear, coolers, and other stuff from site to site.

How could you do that with only one MT20? By the time you stopped and reloaded the element of surprise would be gone. Unless you use two MT20s.

If it was electric you could mount it onto the frame of the bike so that it would aim strait ahead then, you could wire a new trigger onto the handlebar so that all you have to is to face your target and press the trigger.

...of coarse you would be headed right at your target so safety would be a problem.

Just buy some handlebar grips and glue it on to them. Then put them on your current bike and you can remove them for normal use.

I don't think that segways will work well all terrain wise. The biggest problem is that people will most llikely end up paying attention to their mounted gun and not what's in front of them. If this idea is worked on, then there is a chance it will work.

I've done this (look at the "T20 Pistol" topic) and it actually worked pretty well.

That is funny, I have an uncle who works for DEKA, the makers of Segway and the Ibot.

I rode around on one of them. I won't specify which one since I don't want to get in trouble.

Also, this idea is sort of fun, but truly stupid. There is no reason to combine the two ideas.

Who wants to go out to an abandoned parking lot with nerf guns on bikes?

The only problem would be driving and shooting at the same time. Maybe if you had a two person bike, one guy could just sit on the back and shoot. This would also mean that the gun wouldn't be limited to just shooting directly in front of the bike.

I understand that your new here, but honestly. Did you need to start a whole new thread on something as simple as duck taping a gun to a bike and trying it out? Instead of asking everyone, how about you go try it out and tell everyone.

I think all the answers are in this thread already, but just so you guys don't think I was bullshitting when I said I have a second Segway, I found a picture of myself on the older one with two mavericks.... equally as useless as the i2, just older and smaller.
