Hey guys. I looked around and couldn't figure out if I was supposed to make an introductory topic so don't get mad if this isn't the right thing to do. Any way I've been collecting and moding nerf guns for about two years now, and have invented a few of my own mods too. I have around 20 guns, so as far as I know I have a sizeable collection. I have used this site a lot and it has been a lot of help. I finally got around to making an account and hope to have a great time here at nerf haven in the future. I have just one question, how do you get pictures onto a post? I've looked everywhere on the site and cant find anything.

Sorry if this wasn't the right thing to do.

First, your pictures need to be externally hosted, with static addresses. This negates the use of some hosts, including (if I remember correctly) Flickr. Photobucket and Picasa seem to work great, though.
Second, just use the picture button in the post window, a separate dialog box will pop up, and you just type in or copy and pastes the URL of the photo. It's pretty easy.

Welcome to haven. But I have had great image uploading exp. with Photobucket. It's real easy to get the IMG code. But when you make an account on Photobucket, just upload the images you want, then copy the "IMG" code for it, and paste it in your post. It's that easy. Don't use the little tree button though, the tags it makes don't work. For me at least..

You just copy the IMG code into your post wherever ou want the picture to appear; the forum takes care of the rest.

First off: Welcome.

Second: To post a picture you just:

1) Upload it to a site like Photobucket
2) (I don't know about other sites, but this is how it's done for Photobucket) Go into the album and click on the text in the box that is labeled IMG code.
3) The code is now copied, and you simply have to paste it into a spot in your post (wherever you want the picture) here at the Haven.

Your right I need to let it go. It was mostly just anima and nerfer9 who didn't like it and screw them im going home.
