The barrel is ½ inch CPVC pipe. I have a sheet metal box to make the clip fit the barrel. The clip is also made of sheet metal. The trigger is a head for an air compressor, which has a spring in it. The real problem with Zero’s Semi-Auto is the trigger has no spring in it to bring it back after you pull it. Another problem is because of no spring, the valve stays open and the air just keeps going through it turning it into an Uncontrolled-Automatic Gun instead of a Semi-Auto gun. It’s the same with my valve but at least mine comes back after I let go of it. I will begin soon a TRUE semi-auto valve. The stock holds all the important connections to the valve. The hose connecting the valve to the air tank is almost the type that is used in air hose on an air compressor. The air tank is made of 3-inch PVC pipe and 90º PVC turns. I will maybe soon have some real pics of the finished version.
Note: I had a blue-print but it didn't come up on my post! ^_^

I had to change it to a single shot because me and my dad couldn't figure out to make the clip fit into the gun and making the clip wasn't no walk at the beach either. So I will now have a single shot with a slide to cover the hole in which I put the ammo into the gun. I will soon tell how to make the slide airtight. :)

Now that the gun is single shot, it has a removable barrel. After I tested it I got it shooting about 50 yards. Pics coming soon...I have not had any time because of school. :(

I couldnt get any pics up so i will give my best descriptipn. On the opposing end of the barrel or release end, i put a metal washer ove the 1/4 inch rod so it sat against the end cap. I put the spring so it sat on the washer, Then i drilled a hole in the 1/4 inch rod so i could put a pin in. I put another washer inbetween the pin and the spring. It works pretty good, although somtimes the rod doesnt land right in the middle of the washer.
