Well i've been looking through some topics, and almost everyone has a different way of making stefans. I personally use large fishing weights and hot glue in fbr. But i'm positive there's other ways, and i'd like to hear them.

You can use CS's method of using metal washers and adhesive felt. I make mine with 2 BB's and hot glue.

I just started to make stefans
I make mine out of 3/0 fishing weights, hot glue, and Foam backer rod, I occasionally also add a little bit of foam on the end to make it safe
Or i take a stock dart and rip of the tip and make a CDTD's, There should be a wright up on them someone where on Nerfhaven

I use gray FBR, sorry I forgot the brand's name, clasic hairdryer and pillowcase to make it straight, one copper BB for weight, a dome of hotglue at the tip, and used the hotglue gun to burn a hole in the back. Hoped this helped.

All he's got to do is roll it around in his fingers to start it getting hard and put in in the hole.

I use gray caulk saver (the guy at the hardware store told me it was the same thing as FBR). Then I put them in a pillow case in the dryer for 10 minutes and hot glue a #8 washer on the tip and burn a hole in the back. They do sting though, because I didn't cover the washer with anything, so I'll probably do what Icespartan did and put a little foam on the front.

I use the standard 'FBR with a size 7 fishing' weight stefans. If I find the right kind of washer I will try some of those stefans as well.
