Ok, Hello, I do not think I have ever seen a CPVC SMDTG, So I decied to make one, If there is one can someone please tell me


So first you want to take apart the gun and take out this piece

Next remove all of the Air Resitors, there should be three of the those circular orange piece in the orignal barrels of the gun, So just take them and there spring out competally

Next, Grap about 3 piece of 2 inch long pieces of ½ CPVC pipe

Then take this piece

Then I just hot glue then on to those little gray barrels like so

Then take your other shell of the gun (I cant find mine at the moment because it is under a lot of stuff in my closet) and screw it back together and then your done, you now have a CPVC SMDTG

I then range tested out side with tagger darts

With 15 pump:

Flat:
35 ft
38 ft
32 ft

Angeled:
45 ft
48 ft
51 ft



With 30 pumps :
Flat:
42 ft
44 ft
41 ft

Angeled:
55 ft
57 ft
53 ft

I think the wind effected some of those shot but not bad for just a barrel replacement

What do you guys think?

Ok, Thanks for telling me, But what do you guys think of the mod

The ranges seem a little low.

Seem like this would work a lot better if the barrels were all the way back in the grey barrels. I know this would require a belt sander or a lot of dremeling, but it would increase ranges.

Actually, I've never gotten more than $30 30" out of my PETG'd SMDTB, so I'd say those ranges are god.

Good mod. I'd be easier to understand with image tags, but I still know what your saying.

Do you ramrod the darts further down the barrel or just stick em in?

I think the ranges are low because of the barrel length. I thought that a while ago we decided that 4" was ideal. I know cpvc is tight, so maybe try 3-3.5" each.

I'm going to try to answer all of your questions with the best of my knowledge

To Rouge Warrior, The wind as effecting it just a little, I bet it would get 5 to 8 more feet with out wind, just an estimating, and i used TAGGERS not stefan so it would get another 10 or so feet with stefans I'm guessing

To Serpant, I plan on doing that wounce i get a dremel

To Keef, Thank you very much for the reply, And i haven't used stefans yet, But if i did use stefan i would be with a ram rod

They arn't that low, for a windy day, and using taggers, But thank you for the suggestion, I will get to work after i get back from the hardware store on saturday, So expect some new pics soon

I personally like the end product. It looks nice, and it reinforces the notion that I need to get me some spiderman guns.

On a side note, its Bustaninja, and telling me to stop being sarcastic and silly is like telling a homeless man to provide you with shelter. its just not gonna happen unless he's a real estate agent in disguise.

Again, good mod. Put the images in image tags. It might save lives.
