Awesome as it is, I have one problem, the pump strokes are too short, about an inch.

It seems awesome, but it's ugly as shiza.
Well, it isn't sleek like the AT2k but at $6 and no Goo-tube bullshit to deal with I think it's worth it. However, there's not much you can hack off the shell, as most of the shell is occupied by components so you can't minimize it much.
HOWEVER, I think that with a new pump, stock, an AT2k turret, it would be a totally kickass blaster. Hell, it might just replace the AT2k in due time.

No nothing can take down the at2k, it's been around so long and it just has a certain aura of awesomeness about it.
Ahh, but the issue with AirTech blasters is availability. Since they are no longer manufactured, they are becoming increasingly short in supply. I also don't care for the turrets all that much because of the stupid pegs. This weapon simply empties in to a tube barrel from the factory. And at six dollars... I may have to break the recently enacted "No more guns!" rule from the wife... K-Mart, here I come...

First the Big Blast and now this... I may be forced to get over my hatred of BuzzBee.
I would suggest you do that.
I picked up one of these units today at lunch. I like it! Especially since it came with two more rockets for use with my BBBB and SGL (Spy Gear Launcher). Certainly could use a bigger pump, though I will probably be adding an external tank connection tonight, which will all but negate the pump's function.

At any rate, it looks pretty legit. I might get one at just five bucks.
I have a quick question for anyone who has one of these things. Could you put a dart in your barrel, and push the plunger ONCE, and try to fire it? I think Splitlip is right, a plunger draw that small that still might fire a dart okay with one pump might have some VERY interesting applications...

Darn. I buy a BBBB and now this comes out. I can't return it either.

It doesn't work, at 1 pump the dart (Blacksunshine micro stefans) moves about 2 inches down my PETG barrels.
HOWEVER, 4 pumps will launch a light stefan 20ft from a cpvc stub.
A pump replacement (ball pump, dual-action bike pump, AT3k pump, any large pump) will give you decent 1 pump(30-40ft) range with the right dart/barrel combo.

It's not the size, but how you use it, amirite?Believe it or not, you guys are going to be happy that it has that short plunger stroke. I'll post more when I'm done what I'm working on.
