My barrel is out where it is supposed to be, but the barrel won't rotate at all! I have no clue why it's acting up like this. The rotating mechanism is moving but my barrel won't.

So If anyone can help me that would be great. Don't tell me to throw this gun in the garbage. It's the only gun I got and I don't have money right now to get another gun. I've also spent a lot of time on this gun too. I really help someone on the haven can help me get my Maverick back to snuff.

Thanks! <_<

I will get picture(s) up later when I get the chance.

I had this problem with my dtg, and all i had to do was make sure that the rotating mech was lined up with the barrel. Not sure if it's the same with a mav though.

Is the hexagon bit going into the turret? The hexagon thing that sticks out just underneath the plunger tube bits. Do you know what I mean?

I had a similar problem, on the barrel end facing the rotating mechanism theres a spring, a cylinder w/ a hole in the middle and a pole right? So you put the spring in, impale the cylinder on the pole and hammer it until it's flush w/ the things around it . I hope this helps.

If the eject button on the side is still pushed in, it'll do that. If its still in, pull the trigger continuously and smack the side of the gun. It should pop right out.

Yes the hexagon bit is going into the turret.

Yes the black piece at the end was already hammered in.

If the eject button on the side is still pushed in, it'll do that. If its still in, pull the trigger continuously and smack the side of the gun. It should pop right out.

EDIT: Yes the eject button is out.

At either end of the cylinder pin, there is a plastic disk forced on.
They are not the same thickness, though, so it's possible to get the ends swapped and cause all sorts of trouble.

So your saying the black piece that you put on after the spring in the barrel could be put on the wrong way?

Also, Just Some Bob I really appreciate you helping me in all of my maverick threads. Thanks dude. :P
