Here's the problem: When its on either auto or single shot mode the feeder(the thing that makes the chain progress) wont budge. so the chain won't progress and thus making it useless...... It'll shoot maybe once or twice then stop and make a bad noise. D: It seems that the feeder has no power and something small may have broken or maybe something is jamming it.. I tried it without the clip and it spins fine but immidiately when you put pressure on it it stops..... Any idea's on what tot do???

Mine the one with black tips and orange darts.. If you want i'll make a video of what the problem is.. and the "Vulcan EBF-25" is in black...Open it up, find out what snapped, and see if you can fix it. Your's isn't the first to break; if the same part keeps breaking on a lot of them, it would be nice to know if a certain part needs to be reinforced. Pictures can only help in diagnosing the exact problem. On a related note, what variations does your Vulcan possess? Apparently some have different coloration regarding the carrying handle, the grip, the name "Vulcan EBF-25" written on the side of the barrel, and coming with black or orange foam sonic darts.
Edit: how do you take out the cocking mechanism???

It has umpteen million screws you would have to remove to even try to find the problem.

Ok all you guys saying return it . Did you need to keep the order confirmation thing cuz my dad threw it away D: Sooo do i just ship the thing and all it's part back to hasbro?Return it, return it, return it!
We enthusiasts are not even "a drop in the bucket" of statistical significance. It is far more important that Hasbro learn what's wrong quickly, if something is really wrong with the design.
If we minuscule few were to learn of a specific problem, we would still have to fix ALL of those we acquire. If Hasbro fixes it, then all of the kids who play (less seriously) will benefit and potentially buy more - many more than all of us combined - which will tend to drive the prices down for all, and encourage Hasbro to come up with even more designs.
Return it, return it, return it!

If the rotation mechanism is broken, it must be because too much pressure was put on it (like if the belt was pulled or tugged on) and I think someone else's vulcan broke in the same place. They said it was a really tiny piece that can't be effectively glued back, so you should probably return it.
It doesn't have to do with the pressure. It just gets misaligned, but it's designed to realign itself every time. Mine just didn't do it quick enough I think, since I had the beefier batteries in it. Sorry I've been away guys, had a busy last 5 days, including Apoc. Will get those pics done asap of how it works.

I heard pulling on the chain works
Whoever you heard that from was just . . .
(do I really have to say it?)
I'd say add a weight to the end of the empty side so it pulls more that way, and Doesn't put much weight on the gear system.

I don't know how it happened,It was from Goodwill and was the second one I found with this problem.I'm thinking that if the gun is already cocked by hand and you turn on the motor, that might be enough to crack it?Holy crap that thing got owned. I use one of mine to pump an unplugged titan, resulting in a lot more force on it than when the chain ir just normally being held up. That right there definitely has to do with the arm not being able to move back because the rotating piece it moves can't turn, which of course would be caused by the chain not being able to feed through. Were you using 50+ round chains or no box or something?
