Personally I would just buy a new bolt sled.

If it was a stock longshot, I would totally CPVC it. Do Ice's mod: http://nerfhaven.com...showtopic=12412

Ok, first post, here it goes:
It all come sdown to how you want it to perform, if you CPVC it it will have very good ranges but a relatively low rate of fire. If you fix it ( if you do i would reinforce it with fiberglass cloth and epoxy.) then you get decent but not outstanding ranges, and a high-ish rate of fire.
Then again i may ask, what have you done to it? Spring replacement? ( im guessing thats how your bolt sled broke?).
All in all if it were me i would fix it and reinforce it. Maybe a foregrip mod as well.
Good luck,
Nova

I think you should cpvc it. That way you don't need to worry about the bolt braking again.

Nova, I haven done a spring replacment that has a recon and stock longshot spring, and I also have and extra longshot spring hat I haven't used. I have removed the air restrictors and added an o ring.
