1. You might of left out the catch itself.
2. You left out the catch spring.

An internal picture would help us figure out what is wrong but g-force is probably right.

I've had this problem before. Try turning the plunger stick around then it should catch

Yes. Make an account on Photobucket.com, then upload some images to your comp., and then copy and paste the IMG code into your post, and an image will be there. But yeah, it just sounds like you don't have the catch on right. Fireflies can be tricky that way.

It's not like that. I put lube on it and its the same. Its just stuck. And when I cock it back it goes farther back then usual. Also I push as hard as I can and it wont go back in. I've tried the methods and they wont work. Also pics are up.

It's acually quite simple. It'll take all of 15 or 20 minutes. Maybe. Pictures will really help though. And when you take a picture of the small part, make sure to use the Macro feature on your digital camera.

Don't want to shove balls in tight spaces. Trust me, bad idea.

For sale: Vintage WWII French rifles. Dropped once, never fired.

Wrong. It actually blocks dynamic images.

Mr. kool aid, from my experience of working on my 3 fireflies, I can tell you that you probably installed the plunger upside down. Make sure the groove is on the top.

Also, that spring in the top right goes on the hook on the end of the orange thing used to cock the blaster. The other end of the spring goes around a screw base towards the front of the gun.
