Right now I need help from people who have done CPVC barrel mods before. I am going to try a NF CPVC mod, but my 1/2 inch CPVC is too small for streamlines to fit in. I am SURE it is the same CPVC other people use. I thied a barrel replacement on my scout with it, and the dart wouldn't leave the barrel. No matter how much I dremeled it, the dart would get stuck. Please help if you can.

P.S. I can't make stefans because I don't have access to 1/2 inch FBR, so if you have any extra stefans or FBR, I will gladly buy or trade it from you.

I drill mine out with a 1/2 inch drill bit. It works for my stock darts and stefans.

It should be a really tight fit. My 1/2 inch CPVC is really tight around my stock darts, I sort of twist them to get them in the barrel.

The reason they won't shoot from your scout is because the scout doesn't have that much power to build up the pressure.

Do it on your NF. It'll have enough power to launch those darts.

I get all giddy when I see VACC browsing a stupid topic. I just know someone is going to get banned.

CPVC isn't the right barrel material for stock darts, at least without a lot of work. If you can find it, 17/32" brass is a much better choice.

Actually thinwall CPVC fits pretty much the same as 17/32 brass, but it is less common. I would say the two most likely places you would find thinwall would be ACE hardware or Lowes.
