i saw Fenixharths carbine pictures. I was also looking at double mavericks and nightfinders. then i wondered "is a double longshot possible"

here are a few simple steps i imagined after you obtain 2 carbines

1. cut off below trigger

2. cut the bottom of the stock most of the way

3. get pvc and attach 2-3 pieces in stock 1 to the gray piece behind the clips

would the clips get in the way? Would pvc or cpvc and a material like hot glue be strong enough? Would it be easier with 2 fore grips, 1 grip, or none to cock and fire? Please post opinions and/or use the poll . gonna be hot or not

Edit: I took measurements and it takes 12cms to get a clip out. I would use 13cm long pvc pipes or whatever and take out one clip at a time. If you make this and can't fire both at a time the fire one and flip it over. also another one of my crazy ideas. Saw off the front gun and mount it on top or bottom (which ever way you are looking at it) of either or both guns to fire with a o ring or key ring and wire

That'll be huge and impractical. I like it.

Yeah it's workable. You'll probably want something stronger than hotglue, if you can find JB-Weld Kwik, that'll be a load better than hot glue without having to wait 12+ hours for it to set.

Yeah that'd be a major problem for doing this. If you attached it the other way, though, with the two Longshots fused at the area where the jam door is, that would be pretty sick. If anything jammed, though, you would be (insert singular bad word here)_________'d.

That could work, but the problem would be in cocking the gun, I'm not sure if having one thing to cock the gun but just cock them one at a time. But aiming would be a pain in the neck or back wherever you normally get pains...

I personally have thought about makeing a Longshot version of This

You would need to use a severly cut down longshot and the sides would have to be shaved down a little and a large cocking handle would most likely be required.

I wouldn't do this, too much work for what an extended clip can get you.

But your lonshot wouldn't work because of size... Prove me wrong. I would be GLAD to tell you that you are right if you can make something that looks REMOTELY like that in the SAME preportions. You would either have a bulky pistol or a peice of crap. But please go for it and prove me wrong.

It would only be the storm bolter in concept not looks but I wouldn't do it because that would burn way to much ammo.

To be honest here, your idea just doesn't seem practical at all. It just seems like the longshot alone is already bulky as it is, and you would be doubling the size. Also, how would you attach them? The gun has moving parts on all sides.

I'm not trying to sound mean or anything, it just seems like it would be a waste of 2 $30 guns.

I think the gun would work, and possibly well, but it was just too much fun to answer "NO, YOU IDIOT!"

Because of the space you'd have to make for the clips, the triggers would be too far away to reach with one hand, and it would just be uncomfortable and awkward.

When i saw this thread i thought "a side by side long shot would be cool", just run a long rod through both, so you cock them both at the same time. Get them to work off the same trigger, eather by cutting one off and tie both on to one, or rigging up a middle trigger and grip

Wouldn't the front end be way too heavy? You could do it with recons, but from what I've heard, all you would have then is one big peice of junk instead of two smaller peices of junk.
