This design is for any gun that has an external CPVC coupler for a removable barrel. It is a variant of the standard set-up that looks like this,
Posted Image

The materials,
1. 1/2in. CPVC coupler
2. 1/2in. CPVC
3. 1/2in. PVC Sch. 20 (SDR 13.5, thin wall)
4. hot glue
5. epoxy
6. silicon lube

Posted Image
Cut four 3 1/2in. segments of 1/2in. CPVC and four 3in segments of 1/2in Sch.20 PVC

Posted Image
Fasten the 1/2in. CPVC in the 1/2in. PVC. Make sure one end is flush and the other end is sticking out 1/2in

Posted Image
The end should look like this.

Posted Image
Repeat four times.

Posted Image
Epoxy, goop, hot glue, (or whatever you feel necessary) The pieces together.

Posted Image
Fasten a 1/2in CPVC coupler to the air output of your gun.

Posted Image
After the pieces are done drying, they will look like this.

Posted Image
Load four darts in.

Posted Image
Apply silicone lubricant to the CPVC coupler and the section of CPVC that sticks out.

Posted Image
Plug your "stripper clip" into the coupler.

Posted Image
Fire a shot, pull out the speed loader, move it up one barrel and put it back in. Repeat untill you have fired all four shots.

Posted Image
The barrels do not obstruct aiming ability either.

It is essential that silicone lubricant is added frequently. It allows the CPVC barrels to move in and out of the couplers smoothly. I was planning on making multiple of these "stripper clips". The could be carried by The nerf warrior system pocket version.

EDIT- Changed the name.
If you have any questions, feel free to comment.

I did the same thing, but I prefer sanding down 1/2 inch CPVC and putting it in regular SCH40 PVC and hammering it in. Makes it cleaner, and in the end, it will hold alot better then glue.

I thought it was called 4 pieces of CPVC hot glued together.

As simple as it may be, it loads faster than the original breech I had for my +bow, and removing the barrel, sticking a dart in the bottom, and putting the barrel back on.

If you can get thin wall PVC, the CPVC will slide right in, without sanding. You just have to wrap the end of the CPVC with some E-tape, and glue it in.

I have experimented with different barrel lengths and those actually work best for my stefans.

One small question.... how the heck can 1/2inch ID PVC fit 5/8ths OD CPVC? It shouldn't be possible if the PVC is 1/2inch ID...

Although it is called 1/2in, the fact that it is sch 20, (thinwall, SDR 13.5) means that it has the same OD of 1/2in PVC but a different internal Diameter. It is sold as 1/2in. PVC, SDR 13.5. The CPVC is sold as 1/2in CPVC.

I did this to a nitefinder, but with only one barrel, so it looked lke a bull barrel. I did it to another NF too, but drilled holes in the side of the PVC on the outside. But it's been done.

It's not like that. I put lube on it and its the same. Its just stuck. And when I cock it back it goes farther back then usual. Also I push as hard as I can and it wont go back in. I've tried the methods and they wont work. Also pics are up.

I tried hammering it in and the PVC cracked with sch40. I love that it looks like a gun shell

This might help.

EDIT: Whoops, didn't see the original date.

That CPVC is a different CPVC than what's in this thread. THAT CPVC is 'Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride'. The CPVC in this thread is 'Copper [sized] PVC'.

At least, if I recall correctly.
