Here is my SMDTG with PETG Barrels. Curiously, no glue was used in replacing the barrels.

The gun was opened up, stock barrels taken out, and the usual was done (op valve glued over, AR removal etc. etc.)

E - Tape was wrapped twice around the PETG like so:

and the barrels are carefully inserted into where the stock barrels go. Then the stock barrels are cut off and is placed over the barrels as seen in the first picture. Sanding of the holes where the original barrels were may have to take place. Looking at my orange "collar", it is a little jagged around the edges, as I don't own a dremel.

Ranges (in order of firing sequence):

Barrel 1 (Centre barrel): 16 m
Barrel 2 (Left Barrel): 21 m
Barrel 3 (Right Barrel): 21 m

Enjoy!

16m = 52ft

21m = 69ft

Because I know people will ask.

Anyways, I like the mod, looks really clean because you kept the stock 'collars.' I can't get enough of these guns, they're great for integrating into primaries.

Pretty cool. I agree these things are great, and I've got about 10 of them and haven't done anything with them yet (I won't sell them, so don't ask).

Anyways, Looks very clean, althought I'm slightly concerned about the seal without any adhesive whatsoever. It might be tight, but may not be completely airtight. Then again, it might.

Acually, in most of my mods with pump guns, I have found that I get a better seal with wrapping the barrel tightly with e-tape, and it makes it slightly removable also. I don't own any SMDTG's, but how is the detonator like that? Is it hard to fire at all? And can you aim it really? I imagine it would be an amazing sidearm because you never need to holster it, and you can work your primary with it on, right?

It's not like that. I put lube on it and its the same. Its just stuck. And when I cock it back it goes farther back then usual. Also I push as hard as I can and it wont go back in. I've tried the methods and they wont work. Also pics are up.

OfAll, surprisingly, without adhesive, the barrels are pretty much in that little hole, and it seems as though they're in for the long haul! Bomberman did say that this methods makes the barrels slightly removable, however, when I messed up during the process, I had to use a pair of pliers and a considerable amount of elbow grease. This in turn ruined the barrels.

My friend bought a pair of these just for fun, I came over and opened one up, and we Crayola modded it right there at his house due to lack of better supplies.

Needless to say, after I got it out of the casing, and found how compact and neat the trigger assembly and pump were, and basically how compact the whole blaster was, I went home and immediately ordered two sets. I wouldn't say they should be used as a Secondary, but as an integration onto your Primary.

I myself am integrating one into my Titan, one onto my Longshot, and now that I've bought a Big Bad Bow, that front handle is just screaming for me to do something to it, which will most likely end up being a SMDTG.
