Back on topic. Usually, I just use krylon with primer, top coat, then clear coat.
But everyone recommends Vinyl Dye or Krylon Fusion for plastics. But I haven't try any of those. But I'm pretty sure those are your best ones. And you can find Vinyl Dye in most auto stores/shops.

Sorry, anywho. I spray paint all my guns, normally using Krylon fusion. Although, recently I've been using rustoleum as I can get it cheap. It does the job.
