That may be, but after a war I will be certain that I'm a pussy who can see from both eyes still.

In any case, I use these impact resistant shades I picked up at my local home depot. They are tinted and have this green reflective coating on the front that I think looks cool. It doesn't make me see green though. They've served me pretty well so far.

I use a pair of blue tinted sunglasses that aren't dark engough to make everything blue, but enough to contrast well with the orange foam in the darts that I use, allowing me to see them better.

PS. @ Jules: Quoting a Bible verse and then cussing like that does not make a very effective point. And Jesus doesn't like it.

anyways... Falcon pretty much covered it on what goes down at our wars. For years I used Orange/Yellow tinted shooting or shop goggles. but in the last year or so I've shifted to mainly wearing simply a Good pair of Polarized sunglasses that fully cover my eyes and fit tight to my face (no area for a dart to sneak in) this is partially because even with really good shooting goggles, there's a bit of space near your cheekbone that isn't fun to have a dart impact in said region, also, if hit just right, you're eye still takes quite a painful hit. I know.

As for eye protection, I use Dart tag glasses. I shot them point blank with a 320 fps airsoft gun and they didn't even scratch.

Same here. I can just see my normal sunglasses just getting shattered into my eyes. Which make me surprised at the some 37 percent who use just regular ones.

Cheap turnpike rest stop glasses. I got a pair which gives really good coverage on the sides. I occasionally wear shop glasses if it's overcast, but more often I just wear the sunglasses or nothing.

I think a better question would be, what rules do you impose at your wars regarding eye wear, and why?

I insist that anyone under 18 wear some form of eye protection, and I prefer that people don't use eyeglasses as their eye protection. I think everyone should wear eye protection, but I feel like it's more of a liability issue with minors. I don't like when people use eyeglasses because I've seen someone take a mega from a singled 1500 in the glasses. The edge of the lens hit his closed eye so hard that it hurt him to change focus for the rest of the day.
