First, open it up. Take out all the useless crap like the handle and the button thing that keeps the barrels flipped back.
I was very impressed by the spring, so I didnt replace it, and the seal was spectacular. Just lube the plunger head and you should be fine. Here is a reference pic for the spring (NF spring on the left), it's quite difficult to compress also.
Anyway, on to the barrels. Sand down the little nub that holds the black thing on.
Then, cut the barrels down like so
And replace them with about two and a half inches of PVC, not the 4" shown.
Now, take that black piece and cut down the line marked....
So it fits on the PVC, keeping them steady.
Average range is about 40' flat, but it is not unusual to get in the low 50's.

For this next part, you will need:
-Some sort of wire, size matters... thicker is better.
-1/4" Vinyl Tubing
-Pistol Grip of choice
-Glue
Now, this part will be tricky and vary depending on the wire, tubing, and pistol grip you use. First, wrap some of the wire around the handle.
And nest it in the vinyl tubing like so....
Until it comes to the bottom, gluing the tubing every 2 inches.
Take the pistol grip of your choice, I used the reactor, and glue it to the bottom.
Then, just take a key ring and make the trigger. Done!
